Summer Boot Camp 2014

MUSC Boot Camp

TWO 6 WEEK SESSIONS

Lead by U.S. Marine Corps Instructors….

This military style physical training class focuses on overall fitness training as well as running. During fall and spring semesters MUSC Boot Camp is a 12 week program. Summer Boot Camps are either four or six weeks in length. All Boot Camps are led by active duty US Marines and are considered intermediate to advanced level. The morning Boot Camp meets at the MUSC Wellness Center Gym three days a week on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00 am to 7:00 am.

Participants of the Boot Camp need to be free of any health problems or musculoskeletal limitations. Modifications of the class content are the responsibility of the participant. Participants must stay well hydrated

SUMMER BOOT CAMP 2014:  There will be no Evening Boot Camp during the summer.

May 5 to June 12    6 WEEKS
Classes will be held on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at 6:00 am to 7:00 am
Sign-Up begins April 21, 2014 at the Wellness Center Membership Desk.

June 23 to July 31   6 WEEKS
Classes will be held on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at 6:00 am to 7:00 am
Sign-Up begins April 21, 2014 at the Wellness Center Membership Desk.

Fees-
6 week Morning Program
    Wellness Center Member    $60.00 or $90.00 (If you sign up for both at the same time).
    Nonmember                           $200.00
    MUSC Full Time Student      $50.00

There will be no prorated fees for missed weeks.
