Who:Those who are ready to give back, help and motivate participants. Mentors function also as valuable assets to trainers and therefore are not looking for guidance from a trainer themselves. You are not expected to be at your goal weight. It is motivating for the new participants to see mentors who are still excited and working toward goals. You have potential to have as much influence over them as the trainer.
If you are also looking for group training and guidance for your personal goals you might want to also sign up for one of the many programs at the Wellness Center – Boot Camp, P90X, FIT Camp, Rip:60, or small group training with your previous HCC trainer. You can mentor and do a training program at the same time.
