Circuit 12.0 consists of 12 extreme workouts that will challenge you to get out of your comfort zone. This high intensity full body class incorporates interval and circuit stations resulting in the perfect metabolic conditioning class. In addition, your core will be challenged to the limit! Be prepared to rev up your metabolism and increase your endurance and strength as the instructors Katie Blaylock, Daniel Heenan, Lillie Schulten, and Becca Cook design each class for maximum results. All fitness levels welcome.
