H.I.T.S. (High Intensity Training System) –is a strength & conditioning program that improves overall athleticism in any athlete or individual! H.I.T.S. will make you faster, stronger, more agile, increase your endurance and improve your body composition! H.I.T.S is the plateau buster that will drive your training to new heights.
H.I.T.S., incorporates Olympic & Power lifting, Kettle Bell training, Gymnastic, Balance & Stability training, Ropes, Chains, Speed & Plyometrics training just to name a few!

Wellness Center Members: $100 or $10 per class Non-Members: $240 or $15 per class MUSC Students: $75 or $10 per class
