HITS - High Intensity Training System Mini Session

H.I.T.S. is a strength and conditioning program that improves overall athleticism in any athlete or individual.  This class will make you faster, stronger, more powerful and agile.  It will also increase your endurance and improve your body composition.
The program incorporates Olympic and Power lifting, Kettle Bells, gymnastics, balance and stability training, ropes, chains, speed and plyometric training….plus more!

WHEN:      Wednesdays and Fridays at 6:00 am to 7:00 am (60 minute class)
      
DATES:     November 30 to December 16, 2016
                 
FEES:        3 week program

              Members:                $60.00         Daily Fee:    $15
              Non Members:        $125            Daily Fee:     $25
              MUSC Students:     $42.50         Daily Fee:     $10
