High Intensity Training System H.I.T.S. is a strength and conditioning program that improves overall athleticism in any athlete or individual. This class will make you faster, stronger, more powerful and agile. It will also increase your endurance and improve your body composition. The program incorporates Olympic and Power lifting, Kettle Bells, gymnastics, balance and stability training, ropes, chains, speed and plyometric training….plus more!
WHEN: Wednesdays and Fridays at 6:00 am to 7:00 am (60 minute class) Mondays and Wednesdays at 12:00 noon (45 minute express class)
Dates: April 8 to May 15 Monday and Wednesday 12:00 noon
April 10 to May 17 Wednesday and Friday 6 am
FEES: 6 week program
-Members: $120.00 for 6 weeks or $15.00 per class -Non-members: $250.00 for 6 weeks or $25.00 -MUSC Students: $85.00 for 6 weeks or $10.00 per class
