HITS - High Intensity Training System
H.I.T.S. is a strength and conditioning program that improves overall athleticism in any athlete or individual. This class will make you faster, stronger, more powerful and agile. It will also increase your endurance and improve your body composition.
The program incorporates Olympic and Power lifting, Kettle Bells, gymnastics, balance and stability training, ropes, chains, speed and plyometric training….plus more!
WHEN: Wednesdays and Fridays at 6:00 am to 7:00 am (60 minute class)
DATES: February 25 to April 3, 2015
FEES: 6 week program
Members: $120.00 Daily Fee: $15
Non Members: $250 Daily Fee: $25
MUSC Students: $85 Daily Fee: $10
