High Intensity Training System Express H.I.T.S. is a strength and conditioning program that improves overall athleticism in any athlete or individual. This class will make you faster, stronger, more powerful and agile. It will also increase your endurance and improve your body composition. The program incorporates Olympic and Power lifting, Kettle Bells, gymnastics, balance and stability training, ropes, chains, speed and plyometric training….plus more!
WHEN: Mondays and Wednesdays at 12:00 noon (45 minute express class)
DATES: January 7 to February 13 (Mon. and Wed. Noon)
February 18 to March 27 (Mon. and Wed. Noon)
April 8 to May 15 (Mon. and Wed. Noon)
FEES: 6 week program
-Members: $120.00 for 6 weeks or $15.00 per class -Non-members: $250.00 for 6 weeks or $25.00 per class -MUSC Students: $85.00 for 6 weeks or $10.00 per class
