Multi Sport Conditioning: Cycling, Biking, and Swim Conditioning
Become the best athlete! This 6-week program is centered on running, cycling and swimming. Whether your goal is become a better triathlete or incorporate new activities into your fitness regimen, the program is designed for all athletes and will take your fitness to the next level! Workouts will include challenging aerobic conditioning as well as efficient drills to train and improve your 5 bio-motor skills: strength, endurance, coordination, speed and flexibility.
Lauren Wilson: With more than 20 years experience in endurance running, Lauren ran competitively at the University of South Carolina and graduated with a BS in Sports Management. An experienced health & wellness professional, Lauren offers a combined 9 years in health education and promotion, program development, health coaching and program design. A multi-sport athlete, she currently races competitively at the local and national level.

Classes will be held in the spin studio, the pool, the track, and the gym area
