This 8 week program is designed to teach you how to incorporate speed workouts into your running program. The program includes a series of threshold runs and interval workouts, which will improve overall fitness, increase running speed, and burn tons of calories. This program is for runners of all ability levels.

Meet in the downstairs lobby 6:30 pm for the first workout.

The above prices do not include a membership to the Wellness Center. A two month membership plus the speed workout can be purchased for a total of $xxx.xx.
