Summer Speed Workout Series 2014

This program includes 8 training sessions and is designed to teach you how to incorporate speed workouts into your running program. The program includes a series of threshold runs and interval workouts, which will improve overall fitness, increase running speed, and burn tons of calories. This program is for runners of all ability levels.

Program Dates    May 13 to July 1    
Tuesdays at 6:30 pm

Meet in the downstairs lobby on May 13 at 6:30 pm for the first workout.

Fees:
    Wellness Center Member   $40
    Non member                      $50
    MUSC Student                   $20

The above prices do not include a membership to the Wellness Center. A two month membership plus the speed workout can be purchased for a total of $225.00.
