Summer Speed Workout Series 2015
This program includes 8 training sessions and is designed to teach you how to incorporate speed workouts into your running program. Each session includes a series of threshold runs and interval workouts, which will improve overall fitness, increase running speed, and burn tons of calories. This program is for runners of all ability levels.
June 2 to July 21
Tuesdays at 6:30 pm
Meet in the downstairs lobby on June 2 at 6:30 pm for the first workout.

Non member $50
MUSC Student $20
The above prices do not include a membership to the Wellness Center. A two month membership plus the speed workout can be purchased for a total of $205.00.
