Tai chi is an ancient Chinese discipline consisting of slow, meditative movements that are learned in a sequence. Over time, the practice of tai chi results in impressive physical and emotional benefits. Recent research has demonstrated improvements in balance, strength and immune system functioning, as well as better stress management and increased psychological well-being. This class is for all ages.
