Kid’s Night Out
Kid’s Night Out is a once-a-month Friday evening program designed for children ages 5 to 9. Activities include gym games, arts & crafts, swim time and movie time. Reservations are required. 2016 Fall Youth Programs
Yoga enhances physical flexibility, refines balance and coordination, develops focus and concentration, boosts self-esteem and confidence and strengthens the mind-body connection. Give your child the opportunity to experience the positive energy that yoga can provide.
This 8 week boot camp program focuses on enhancing your preteen/teenagers fitness through agility, calisthenics, speed, and strength training.
Pre-registration required for Youth Yoga and Junior Boot Camp.
