STUCK IN A RUT? WANT TO TAKE YOR FITNESS TO THE NEXT LEVEL? LOOKING FOR MORE ACCOUNTABILITY? NEED SOME MOTIVATION? WANT TO HAVE FUN WORKING OUT? INTERESTED IN HAVING THE PERSONAL ATTENTION OF AN EXPERIENCED TRAINER IN A COST EFFECTIVE WAY?

SIGN UP FOR ONE OF THE SMALL GROUP TRAINING SESSIONS BELOW AND YOU WILL BE WELL ON YOUR WAY TO ACHIEVING YOUR NEW YEAR’S FITNESS RESOLUTIONS!

THESE SMALL GROUP TRAINING SLOTS ARE ONGOING AND ARE FOR 3 to 5 PARTICIPANTS. SIGN UP INDIVIDUALLY OR WITH FRIENDS. ALL FITNESS LEVELS ARE WELCOME BUT PARTICPANTS MUST BE INJURY FREE.

Wednesday and Friday 6:00 am to 6:55 am

Tuesday and Friday 10:00 am to 10:55 am

Tuesday and Thursday 12:15 pm to12:55 pm (lunch crunch)

Monday and Thursday 4:00 pm to 4:55 pm

Small Group Training is a fun, social and economical alternative to one on one personal training.

PRICING:    55 MINUTES   40 MINUTES (lunch crunch)
         
Packages:    8 sessions $200.00 per person  $185.00 per person

  12 sessions $270.00 per person  $250.00 per person

  20 sessions $360.00 per person  $320.00 per person

*MUSC Students receive 25% off all private, duet, and group prices.

Sign up at the Wellness Center Membership desk. The class must have a minimum of 3 participants in order to take place. Payment is made on the first day of class. 24 hour appointment cancellation is required - session is otherwise forfeited. Packages expire 6 months from purchase.
