The Francis Marion Hotel
The 2011 International Conference on Cryptococcus and Cryptococcosis (ICCI) will be held at the Francis Marion Hotel in Charleston, South Carolina, US of America, Sunday May 1 – Thursday May 5, 2011.

The Francis Marion Hotel is located in the heart of historic Charleston, South Carolina and was the largest and grandest in the Carolinas when it opened in 1924. Named for General Francis Marion, the "Swamp Fox" of the American Revolution, the Francis Marion Hotel in Charleston re-opened in 1996 after a $12 million National Trust award-winning restoration, and is once again Charleston's Grand Hotel.

A block of sleeping rooms will be held at the Francis Marion Hotel April 29 – May 5, 2011 until Wednesday March 30, 2011 or until the rooms are sold out (whichever occurs first).  

Room Rates

Single / Double Occupancy   $169 - $189

Hotel rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes, which currenly total 12.5% and are subject to change.    A destination marketing fee of one dollar per night will also be applied to each individual guest folio and is subject to sales tax.

Room Deposit

A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold each individual’s reservation.    All deposits may be charged at the time the reservation is made.    All deposits are refundable if notice is received at least one (1) week (seven days)  prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.  

Check-in time is 4:00 pm and Check-out time is 12:00 pm
