Research
I will focus on gaining an understanding of the basic biogeochemical and molecular mechanisms involved in the bioremediation of mixed waste. Specifically within this topic I would like to address mechanistically how co- contaminant metal toxicity changes with pH among certain microorganisms and how this can effect degradation of organic contaminants.
