The Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care, Allergy and Sleep Medicine is committed to excellence in clinical care. With a team of nationally-renowned faculty, the division offers a wide range of clinical services including general and specialized ambulatory clinics.
To refer a patient to one of our ambulatory clinics, please complete the Patient Referral Request and fax it to 843-792-2995. In addition to this request, please fax demographic information, insurance information, clinical office notes, lab results, chest imaging reports, pulmonary function testing, and any additional testing pertinent to the diagnosis.

MUSC and Bristol-Myers Squibb Company have entered into a translational research collaboration focused on fibrotic diseases, including scleroderma, renal fibrosis and idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.
The MUSC Health Tele-ICU operations center in Charleston, SC will go live in the summer of 2015.
