The program offers a three-year combined fellowship in pulmonary and critical care medicine, and has five positions available per year. Training focuses on developing clinical expertise as well as research skills in pulmonary disease, intensive care medicine, sleep disorders and allergic disease of the chest.
The Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care, Allergy and Sleep Medicine is committed to excellence in clinical care. With a team of nationally-renowned faculty, the division offers a wide range of clinical services including general and specialized ambulatory clinics.
To refer a patient to one of our ambulatory clinics, please complete the Patient Referral Request and fax it to 843-792-2995. In addition to this request, please fax demographic information, insurance information, clinical office notes, lab results, chest imaging reports, pulmonary function testing, and any additional testing pertinent to the diagnosis.

This award recognizes an individual who has made the most outstanding scientific contributions in clinical, translational, or laboratory-based research relevant to the field of thoracic oncology early in his or her career.
Dr. Tanner will receive the award on May 18th at the annual TOA Membership Meeting at the ATS International Conference in Denver.
