Stress Relief During Exams
For students taking exams or employees dealing with a stressful day, here are some opportunities to wind down and refocus.
Exam Break, Dec 6 and 13
Sponsored by the SGA, on Dec. 6 and Dec. 13, from 7-8 pm, there will be free Chick-fil-A and coffee in the Education Center/Library lobby for students who are studying.
Free Chair Massages, Wednesdays
Each Wednesday, Health First sponsors free chair massages in various locations, such as Ashley River Tower, Harborview Office Tower, Rutledge Tower and Cannon Park Place, generally between 11 am and 1 pm. These will continue through the entire month of December. Check Broadcast messages for locations.

St. Luke's Recital Series, Tuesdays at 12:15
St. Luke's Chapel hosts recitals featuring the historic pipe organ and various accompanying instruments and vocals each spring and fall. The recitals are held every Tuesday at 12:15, through December 14.

The Wellness Center offers many programs for students, and it's a great place to burn some steam and calories. Exercise is a significant stress reliever, so take advantage of what the Center offers within walking distance of your classes and labs.

Enjoying the Outdoors Around Campus
With the weather so amicable, it permits a nice change of scenery and break in your day to walk through the horseshoe or sit at a table and enjoy some sunlight and tweeting birds.
Chamber Music in the Education Center, First Wednesday (of each month)
The President's Office and MUSC Cultural Projects Council sponsors the free Chamber Music on the first Wednesday of each month in the lobby of the Education Center/Library. Chamber Music Charleston is a nonprofit performing arts organization dedicated to developing the audience for classical music through chamber music concerts of high artistic quality by musicians of the Lowcountry.
