Dr. John Raymond's Work as Vice President for Academic Affairs and Provost Dr. John Raymond has acted as Vice President for the Office of Academic Affairs and Provost from 2001-2010. In this position, he was an advocate for all Colleges, the Library, students and faculty. His goal was to strive for a balance in education, research/schoalrship and service/clinical care.
