September 9, 2011 - 9/11 Commemoration

Place: St. Luke's Chapel

In observance of the tenth anniversary of 9/11, MUSC will commemorate the events that took place that day in New York, Pennsylvania, and the Pentagon:

Quiet Reflection – Friday, September 9 – 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM: St. Luke's Chapel will be open for a time of quiet reflection with music provided by Susie Hyman, harpist.

A series of framed pictures, published by the New York Times, with photographs of all those who perished on 9/11, will be on exhibit.

A short non–denominational service, led by Chaplain Terry Wilson, will take place from 12:15 until 12:30.
