Progress Documentation

Because all faculty begin to submit a dossier of annual progress to the department P&T committee for review no later than their 3rd year at MUSC, their progress is documented through this process (see "overview" page for additional details). 

Mentee Evaluation of Mentor


At the junior faculty member’s annual review, the substance of the year-long mentoring process will be reviewed by the mentee. At this time, the mentoring relationship will be evaluated by the mentee by completing the “Mentor/Mentee relationship evaluation form”.
