DNP Application Process

The Medical University of South Carolina offers applicants an admission process that is timely and easy to understand. Applications are available online only.  You may apply online at:  http://academicdepartments.musc.edu/em/admissions/apply.htm.  All forms originate from the Office of Enrollment Management.  If you have any questions about the application materials and process, please contact the Office of Enrollment Management at 843-792-8721.  Applicants are encouraged to file early to expedite processing.  

Fall admissions only.  Fall 2012 admissions is closed.  Fall 2012 applicants will be notified of decisions by the first week in May.  

Fall 2013 applications will open on July 1, 2013.  ALL application materials for Fall 2013 admissions must be received by March 15, 2013. 

Criminal Background Check and Drug Screen

Once students are admitted and have paid their matriculation fee, all College of Nursing students must undergo a criminal background check and complete a nine panel drug screen prior to the beginning or coursework.
