

| CCHP Cores -Research & Evaluation Core The purpose of the Research and Evaluation Core is to develop and manage activities related to the initiation and selection of pilot studies for funding, and to guide innovative and effective evaluation measures for CBPR and academic-community partnerships. This core consists of two co-directors, a CAB representative, SAB representative, community representatives, and MUSC representatives. Major goals for the CCHP Research and Evaluation Core - Year 2: - serve as the liaison with the Scientific Advisory Board;
- establish pilot grant funding (community and academic;
- manage pilot grant reviews, funding, and general oversight;
- work with the Institutional Review Board to increase their knowledge of CBPR methodologies;
- provide expertise on methods, evaluation, and statistical support;
