About Us

Our office is responsible for the planning associated with the physical development of the campus.  We provide leadership for the development and implementation of the University's physical master plan and coordinate feasibility/planning studies concerning the potential development of specific projects.

Our office manages all University and Hospital Authority leased properties, maintains the MUSC space database (tracks University and Hospital Authority space) and conducts the annual space inventory.
