MUSC Web and Paper Surveys

MUSC Surveys is a fee-for-service opportunity from the Office of Resources and Research offered to the MUSC community. In consultation with the requesting party, the staff will create surveys that are machine scannable. Surveys may contain written comments that could be typed by staff or returned to the client without processing.

The goal of the service is to streamline the survey process for the client by providing helpful consultation and an efficient data gathering and report process. The survey will be created in conjunction with experienced staff and returned to the client for distribution. Mailing services are also available upon request. Returned surveys will be scanned and processed in a timely fashion. A generic or customized report will be generated to present the data in a meaningful way to the client, or the data will be forwarded for the client to create his/her own report.
