Fulfillment of responsibilities requires our collaboration with college deans, university vice presidents and internal MUSC departments that support the missions of education, research and clinical care. Such responsibilities draw together

We enhance collaboration of information across multiple levels of decision-making personnel within MUSC including representatives from all six health-related colleges.

We are charged with maintaining and storing university-level information needed to fulfill planning needs, as well as responsibility for responding to internal requests that support management decision-making and external requests relevant to governmental and commercial needs.

Some of the central university duties of Office of Space Management Support (OSMS) are to:

  • Establish and maintain data and information related to facilities space planning and management, including building schematic floor plans and campus maps.
  • Establish and manage leasing agreements for the MUSC Enterprise.
