SC COBRE in Oxidants, Redox Balance, and Stress Signaling
2018 Redox Summer Graduate Course
May 21-25, 2018
Medical University of South Carolina, Charleston, SC
The MUSC COBRE grant on Oxidants, Redox Balance and Stress Signaling offered opportunities to attend and participate in the summer redox graduate course, Redox Regulation, Oxidative Stress & Selenoproteins. This is a joint training experience encompassing an international exchange with students and lecturers from the Karolinska Institutet (KI), the Redox Biology Center at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and the Medical University of South Carolina.
The course is held annually each summer, alternating between the Karolinska Institutet, the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and the Medical University of South Carolina (2018).
Research background does not have to be redox based to apply for this course. Applicants were selected on merit.
Students earn two (2) credit hours upon registration and successful completion.
