Vacation:

Fifteen (15) work days

Holidays:

Residents will be scheduled off on the following holidays or will be given compensatory days for these holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, the day after Christmas (and Christmas Eve, if declared a State holiday).

Professional Leave:

Residents will be allowed five (5) work days of professional leave for attendance at professional meettings. Residents are provided a stipend to assist with the expense for attendance at professional organization meetings.

Sick Leave:

Five (5) work days (40 hours)

Health Insurance:

Health insurance is available on a group rate basis.

Parking:

Available for a monthly charge

Taxes:

Federal, State, and F.I.C.A. taxes will be automatically withdrawn from paychecks.

Poster Reimbursement: 

Reimbursement is provided for printing of a poster for each resident that presents at an educational or professional meeting based on reimbursement criteria.
