Poster Session (contributed)
A poster session will take place at 6pm on Saturday 14th November in the Gazes Auditorium.
This session is intended to provide a forum for investigators to present their research work outside of the invited program. We would encourage poster submission from any area covered by the meeting. This will run concurrently with the Reception so that participants can socialize and browse the poster exhibits.
Please note: Contributed posters cannot exceed 122 cm x 183 cm (i.e. 4ft x 6ft).

Abstract Submission
Abstract submission for the contributed poster session will be available from June 10th 2009 onwards.
Abstracts should be no more than 400 words and detail the content of the poster presentation. All author names and affiliations should be listed.
Abstracts should be sent to: geomed09@musc.edu

The deadline for abstract submission is September 30th 2009. Selection of abstracts for presentation will be made soon after September 30th. Notification of acceptance will follow that deadline. The committee reserve the right to be selective in their acceptance policy due to limited display space.
