The coordinating centers for Project BEST are the Dee Norton Lowcountry Children’s Center (DNLCC) and the National Crime Victims Research and Treatment Center (NCVC). DNLCC is the accredited children’s advocacy center in Charleston, SC. The NCVC is a division of the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC.
