Dr. Begle is an Instructor at the National Crime Victims Research and Treatment Center. She received her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Purdue University and completed her predoctoral internship and postdoctoral fellowship at MUSC. Her primary research involves prevention of child physical abuse, with emphasis on high-risk underserved populations. Dr. Begle also conducts research on the association of victimization and high risk behaviors, including substance use and delinquency.
