Dr. Pritchett has practiced in a number of clinical settings since completing his residency at Duke in 1992. He has participated in ECT research at MUSC, worked at the Charleston County Jail, the homeless shelter, the SC Dept of Mental Health and in private practice in Mt Pleasant. Since 2008, he has worked for the Veterans Administration as a staff psychiatrist. He has interests in Bipolar Disorder and in the interface between Christianity and Psychiatry. | |
