(843)789-6318 phone (843)792-3388 fax yoderm@musc.edu | | | | | Biographical Sketch | Dr. Matthew Yoder is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences. He is also a staff psychologist in the Posttraumatic Stress Clinic at the Ralph H. Johnson Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Charleston, SC. Dr. Yoder graduated from Eastern Mennonite University with a B.S. in Psychology. He also spent two years studying psychology at Eastern New Mexico University before receiving his Ph.D. from Virginia Tech. He completed his clinical internship at MUSC. His research is focused studying the effectiveness of exposure-based therapies for PTSD.
