| 1. Attend all DART didactic seminars - 1st & 2nd Year in Progress 2. Complete the CITI online course - 1st Year 3. Complete IRB Responsible Conduct of Research Course - 1st Year 4. Complete a Grant Writing Workshop - 1st or 2nd Year 5. Conduct a journal article review as part of the DART didactic series - 1st & 2nd Year 6. Submit a manuscript for publication - By the end of the 2nd Year 7. Submit an abstract for presentation at a local or national conference - By the end of the 2nd Year 8. Prepare an IRB application - By the end of the 2nd Year |
