Dr. Kral received her B.A. from Furman University and her Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from the University of Georgia. She completed a clinical psychology internship at the Medical University of South Carolina/Department of Veterans Affairs Psychology Internship Consortium. After a two-year postdoctoral fellowship in pediatric neuropsychology in the Department of Pediatrics at the Medical University of South Carolina, she accepted a faculty appointment in the Division of Genetics and Developmental Pediatrics. Dr. Kral currently serves as co-director of the Pediatric Psychology Service at the Medical University of South Carolina. Research interests: neurocognitive aspects of pediatric illness
