Libet, Ph.D. [Couples Clinic and Mental Health Primary Care rotations] Dr. Libet received his B.A. in Psychology and Music from the University of California, Berkeley and his M.A. and Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Oregon. The clinical internship was completed at the University of Mississippi Medical Center and VA Medical Center. At present Dr. Libet is the Associate Director of the VA Mental Health Service, Chairman of the VA Ethics Review Committee, Violence Behavior Prevention Committee, and VA Network (SC, GA, AL) Quality Assurance Focus Group. He is the Director of the VA Mental Health Service Couples Clinic.
