• Changing What's Possible in Cancer Care | Nothing puts fear in you the way cancer does. But no one works harder or attacks cancer from more angles than we do. It's how we became a NCI-designated cancer center. Fighting cancer the right way requires collaboration. It requires coordination by doctors across specialties. And it requires the newest therapies and drugs available anywhere. That's why giving up is the only option we won't try when fighting cancer.

Collaborative and Proposal Development

Research Development accelerates collaborative proposal development among MUSC researchers who are considering the following grant mechanisms: program project, center, training and career development, shared research resources and instrumentation, and construction/renovation. The level of support provided by ORD depends on several factors, but in general the office assists with developing biosketches, resources and environment information, and preparing letters of support. 

The office has supported many faculty with the proposal development process and these are a few of our recent successes:
