Retreats and Workshops
Grantsmanship workshops, offered several times a year, are intended to orient new investigators with the NIH proposal preparation and review process, as well as with specific types of NIH applications. Dr. Israel Goldberg, workshop leader, spent 13 years in research administration at the NIH prior to becoming an independent consultant, the founder and president of Health Research Associates. In addition, faculty or collaborative teams are encouraged to register for one-on-one consultations with Dr. Goldberg to review a new R-type proposal, competing renewal, or resubmission.February 29, 2012 - "Your Research Career Development Grant Proposal—Who, When, and How?"
