Constitutional Amendment
SGA Academic VP 2006-2007
1. Purpose: Amend the MUSC-SGA constitution to further clarify who may serve as a representative to the MUSC-SGA.
2. Be it Enacted by the Medical University of South Carolina Student Government Association assembled in regular session the following:
3. That in the Medical University of South Carolina Student Government Association Constitution be altered to read as follows. Members will be allowed to speak for multiple organizations and report information back to these respective organizations. Members should not however be allowed to vote for more than one organization.
4. Article II, Section 9 reads: No SGA representative may serve as a representative of more than one college or organization.
Let the section be amended to read: No SGA representative may serve as a voting representative of more than one college or organization.
