Constitutional Amendment

SGA Academic VP 2006-2007

1.  Purpose: Amend the MUSC-SGA constitution to further cement and outline the duties and responsibilities of the Academic Vice President. 

2.  Be it Enacted by the Medical University of South Carolina Student Government Association assembled in regular session the following:

3.  That the Medical University of South Carolina Student Government Association Constitution be altered to read as follows. 

4.  Article III, Section 8, Sub-section (i) reads:
Shall act as Parliamentarian and enforce “Robert’s Rules”

Let the section be amended to read:
Shall act as Parliamentarian to interpret and enforce “Robert’s Rules of Order”
