Homeschool and Unschool Only

Do you have a child born in 2004?   

Did you live in Berkeley, Charleston or Dorchester Counties at any point in 2012?

If YES then you are eligible to participate in our study.   Every Child Counts! 

The SUCCESS team will be contacting homeschool associations in the Spring of 2014 (all other participants will be contacted through their local public schools)

Homeschool and unschool families can request participation prior to 2014 below:
