Dr. Delaney's specialties include all techniques of breast reconstruction including DIEP flap breast reconstruction, cosmetic breast surgery including breast augmentation and breast lift surgery, cosmetic and reconstructive facial surgery, body contouring surgery including abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), brachioplasty (upper arm lift), thigh lift, and liposuction. Dr. Delaney also specializes in hand and upper extremity surgery for the treatment of hand and wrist conditions including carpal tunnel syndrome, cubital tunnel syndrome, trigger finger, tendonitis, Dupuytren's Disease, arthritis, fractures, tendon injuries, and nerve injuries. He also uses Botox and surgical techniques in the treatment of migraine headaches.
A graduate of Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine (NEOUCOM), he completed his general surgery residency as well as a fellowship in plastic and reconstructive surgery at The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. Dr. Delaney then completed a hand and upper extremity surgery fellowship at The University of Miami in Miami, Florida.
He is board certified by both the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery. Dr. Delaney is currently an Assistant Professor of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the Medical University of South Carolina.
