Department of Surgery Employee Recognition Programs

In the spirit of MUSC Excellence, two programs are available within the Department of Surgery to recognize outstanding work that positively affects our employees and those around them. They are the WOW Program and the Quarterly Staff Recognition Program.

WOW Program Online

The WOW Program is designed to quickly recognize a job well done by a fellow employee. Each month a random drawing is made from the WOW recipients to receive a cash prize.

Quarterly Staff Recognition Program

The Quarterly Staff Recognition Program is designed to recognize excellence within the Department of Surgery. The Department will select up to two outstanding employees each quarter and determine an Employee of the Year.
