Developing novel cancer therapies through study of tumor angiogenesis and immune suppressive pathways.
The Cardiovascular Surgery Research Lab uses an integrative bedside-to-bench-to-bedside approach to translational research, exploring many aspects of cardiothoracic and vascular diseases but perhaps none more so than our research in aortic aneurysm disease.
The Lee Patterson Allen Transplant Immunobiology Lab is dedicated to investigating novel innovations in transplant research.
Exploring ways to create living, functional tissues to repair or replace tissue or organ function lost due to age, disease, damage, or congenital defects.
Our innovative teams of clinicians, scientists and engineers create new technologies and devices to improve the lives we touch. We have many exciting innovations emanating from our collaborations ranging from living tissue bioprinters to the latest in titanium clip detection for breast cancer reconstructive surgery. I encourage you to learn more about the exciting new discoveries and technologies resulting from our efforts.
