Student Profiles-Alfred Griffin University of Virginia Research My research focus is on the mechanisms of osteoclast activation and differentiation as it relates to cytokine biology and the innate immune response. More specifically, I am interested in the role of MKP-1 in regulating the p38 MAP Kinase cascade in osteoclasts.
