Leadership Development Implementation (LDI) Team
The Leadership Development Institute Team's responsibility is to organize a series of quarterly sessions that brings leaders together for the purpose of group learning and team building. The skills and development leaders need in order to achieve organizational objectives are introduced and reinforced at each session,. Ninety-day intervals allow for feedback, coaching and the practice that leaders need to integrate the new skills into their implementation of MUSC Excellence principles and practices. Recommendations will be made to the Steering Team regarding LDI formats, locations, etc., including whether they are integrated fully, partially or periodically across the academic units.
