This team is responsible for correctly determining and/or developing Pillar Goal metrics, as well as interpreting and communicating progress toward goals. Digging into the various satisfaction measurement tools, the team will become the in-house experts and develop user-friendly, easy to read reports so that Steering Team, Leaders, and all staff know what their scores are on a timely basis while identifying trends, areas for improvements and 'wins'!
