| | Any unusual occurrence, utility malfunction or equipment failure that presents an imminent danger to life or health or has the potential for major damage to property is an emergency and should be reported immediately to our Service Call Desk at (843) 792-4119. Non-emergency requests may be submitted online through the iServiceDesk or you can contact your Building Engineer. | |

| Construction and Renovation | | MUSC Engineering is committed to providing excellent engineering and project management services. We manage a wide array of renovation and improvement projects for existing buildings and oversee all aspects of new construction. | |

| Housekeeping | | Housekeeping Services is responsible for the custodial care of all university areas, including rest rooms and circulation spaces. Additional cleaning above the established cleaning schedule and cleaning for conferences, functions, and incremental project cleaning is also available and will be charged to the requesting department. | |

| Keys and locks | | Keys and lock changes may be requested through the iServiceDesk. | |

| Landscaping and Grounds | | The MUSC Grounds Department is committed to maintaining a beautiful, safe campus for students, employees, patients, and visitors. Maintenance requests may be made through the E&F Service Call Desk at (843) 792-4119. | |

| Signage | | E&F manages the design and installation of all campus signage. | |

| Sustainability and Recycling | | MUSC recycles office paper, plastic bottles, glass bottles, aluminum cans, steel cans, cardboard, CFL bulbs, phone books, batteries, magazines, newspapers, hard back books, electronic waste, toner cartridges and cell phones. Call the E&F Service Call Desk at (843) 792-4119 to request a recycling service. | |
