Our contract administrators are responsible for administering construction and professional services contracts for MUSC and MUHA. These contracts relate to permanent improvement projects with budgets exceeding $100,000 and non-permanent improvement projects valued at less than $100,000. This department oversees advertising, bidding, contracting, accounts payable and budget management. All of these services are performed in accordance with the South Carolina State Procurement Code, Office of the State Engineer regulations, and MUSC and MUHA policies.

Debbie has been with MUSC since 1998. She joined our team with more than 25 years of contract administration experience with the State of California. Debbie provides complex professional services and construction contract administration and related accounting pertaining to permanent and non-permanent improvement projects to the chief facilities officer. She oversees accounting for on-going professional services and construction projects with overall budgets exceeding $394,000,000. | 
| Susie has been with MUSC since 1984. She has an Associate in Business degree. Her dedicated MUSC experience has included 6 years of working with medical staff and patients, in addition to over 17 years with Engineering and Facilities. Susie has extensive knowledge in all areas of South Carolina professional services and construction contract administration including Office of the State Engineer regulations, the State Procurement Code , MUSC and MUHA rules and regulations and accounting processes and procedures. She specializies in the construction bid process. |
