In-House Construction
The E&F in-house construction services group performs construction work up to $150,000 in value throughout campus. The services provided include modifications, renovations, alterations, and modernization of facilities. The construction services group includes the following shops.

Mike joined Engineering and Facilities as a building engineer in 1998. He became the in-house construction manager in 2001. Mike has over 14 years experience in higher education facilities management and more than 10 years experience in light commercial and residential construction. He has passed the South Carolina Unlimited Building Exam and the South Carolina Residential Building Exam. Mike is also a member of CERT and the Baptist Disaster Relief Team. Mike has a BS in Economics from the College of Charleston and an AS in Business Management from Palmer College. |
