Billing

Funding for routine operations, maintenance and repairs is provided in the annual Facilities budget, with the exception of self-supporting units and patient care areas.

Alterations to facilities, such as elective construction or painting, and modifications to services, such as extension to electrical, mechanical or plumbing systems, generally require reimbursement. Locks, keys and signs also are typical chargeable services.

An IIT will usually be required prior to starting the work. To discuss new work, contact your Building Engineer.
