| The director of engineering oversees activities including major and minor capital construction and renovations, drafting services, and construction project management. Phil joined MUSC in 2005 with 26 years experience as a structural design engineer and project manager in private industry and the United States government. He has been a registered Professional Engineer since 1983. Phil is a graduate of Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. |
