The Support Services Manager provides leadership for environmental services, which includes housekeeping and grounds, E&F computer systems administration, and engineering special projects. This includes managing, planning, coordinating and directing quality programs designed to ensure consistent customer service and interpreting and enforcing the E&F policies and procedures.
Paul came to Engineering and Facilities in 2005 with over 25 years of operations and engineering management experience that includes process improvement, value stream mapping, and business and manufacturing software systems consulting. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a minor in Computer Science from North Carolina State University and is an active member of the Institute of Industrial Engineering.
